"Await Your Love" isn't your typical Josh Gillespie song. It’s a journey of waiting and for God’s love to reappear. There are times in our lives, whether we want to admit it or not, that sometimes we don’t feel so close to God, but we desperately long to. That’s what this song is about. I definitely have a theme going with this upcoming album if you couldn’t guess. Haha! Plus, I'm experimenting with some new sounds - think "shoegaze adjacent" production mixed with a pop aesthetic. It's a bit of a musical departure, but it’s still definitely me and I think you're going to love it!
